Inspired by the Year of the Dragon, the Red Dragon’s coconut vodka pairs perfectly with coconut dishes, such as coconut shrimp and coconut curry.

Preparation

Muddle a slice of red dragon fruit in a glass. Transfer to a cocktail shaker with ice and add coconut vodka, lime juice, and ginger simple syrup. Shake, then strain into a chilled glass with ice and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with a slice of dragon fruit.
