A spritzer is traditionally a mixture of white wine and carbonated or sparkling water. That sparkling water is used to dilute the wine for a more thirst quenching experience. Rosé is not a white wine, but its crisp flavor is complimented by club soda, a touch of lime and elderflower liqueur just as well.

Preparation
Mix all ingredients together in a collins glass and garnish with a lime wheel. We recommend a Virginia rosé to perfect this spritzer.
