Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a martini glass or coupe glass.
To make homemade lychee simple syrup, heat and dissolve 1 cup granulated sugar in 1 cup of water to a sauce pan. Add 1 cup fresh, peeled lychees. Muddle the lychees gently in the pan. Heat until the mixture is reduced. Allow to cool in a refrigerator, then strain into a bottle and refrigerate.
