Preparation
In a tall collins glass, add bourbon, simple syrup and coffee. Stir to combine and top with eggnog foam. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
To make the eggnog foam: Add 1 cup of chilled eggnog of your choice (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) to a whipped cream iSi canister. Charge the canister twice. Please use responsibly.
