Add the Rum, Amaro, Frangelico and coffee to a shaker tin with ice. Shake for around 20 seconds, then strain over ice in an old fashioned glass. Top with fresh whipped cream and garnish with a sprinkling of ground cinnamon.
To prepare the fresh whipped cream, pour 4 oz. of heavy cream into a medium sized metal bowl and whisk vigorously until stiff peaks form.
