During Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month, surprise your guests with an Asian-inspired cocktail. The Camellia Line is named after the ferry that takes passengers from Japan to Korea daily. This sweet and tart cocktail uses Roku Gin, soju, and lychee liqueur. In Japanese, Roku translates to the number six, so this gin uses six unique botanicals sourced in Japan. Pairing the gin with soju, South Korea’s " national drink," gives the cocktail an extra kick. Finally, the Camellia Line is mixed and garnished with lychee fruit. Almost 1,000 years ago, this sweet delicacy originated in southern China.
