Mirroring the Signature mash bill percentages, our Wheated Bourbon - Bottled In Bond is made from a mash bill of 68% corn with 16% wheat and 16% malted barley, aged in #3 and #4 char barrels for a minimum of 5 years and bottled at 100 proof.

As a farm-to-bottle distillery, Ragged Branch grows their own corn and wheat to craft their Wheated Bourbon. The wheat grain provides a smooth subtlety to this bourbon, with notes of vanilla, caramel, oak and cinnamon. This special Bottled-in-Bond expression adheres to the rules of the Bottled-in-Bond Act, including being bottled at 100 proof.
