Aged for a minimum of two years, Caiseal’s Virginia Straight Bourbon Whiskey is created using craft brewing techniques. The mash contains local corn, barley, rye and a touch of wheat that is fermented with ale yeast. Full-bodied, balanced with notes of roasted marshmallow, vanilla and caramel.
