This drink combines the bold flavors of chilled coffee with smooth Irish whiskey for a delightful twist on the classic coffee cocktail. To mix, combine whiskey, simple syrup, heavy cream and chilled coffee in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously until cold. Strain into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with whipped cream (optional).
