Adobe Acrobat PDF Files

Adobe Acrobat Reader is required for both viewing and printing PDF files from this website. If you do not have Acrobat reader on your computer, a free reader is available from Adobe's website. Download a free copy of Acrobat Reader.

To View

Left-click on the link for the PDF file you want to view. (If Adobe Acrobat Reader does not begin running and open the selected file, you may not have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed. See the above link.)

To Save to Your Computer

  1. Right-click on the link for the PDF file you want to save and a dialog box should appear.
  2. Left-click the "Save target as" or "Save link as" option on the dialog box and a "Save as" window should appear.
  3. Browse to the folder you would like to save the file and enter a file name. (You may skip this step if you want to accept the default values produced by the "Save as" window.)
  4. Left-click the "Save" button on the "Save as" window.

Microsoft Word (DOCX) Files

Microsoft Word is required for viewing and printing DOCX files from this website.

To Open

Left-click on the link for the Word file you want to view. (If Microsoft Word does not begin running and open the selected file, you may not have Microsoft Word installed.)

To Save to Your Computer

  1. Right-click on the link for the DOC file you want to save and a dialog box should appear.
  2. Left-click the "Save target as" or "Save link as" option on the dialog box and a "Save as" window should appear.
  3. Browse to the folder you would like to save the file and enter a file name. (You may skip this step if you want to accept the default values produced by the "Save as" window.)
  4. Left-click the "Save" button on the "Save as" window.

Microsoft Excel (XLSX) Files

Microsoft Excel is required for viewing and printing XLSX spreadsheet files from this website.

To Open

Left-click on the link for the Excel file you want to view. (If Microsoft Excel does not begin running and open the selected document, you may not have Microsoft Excel installed. See the above link.)

To Save to Your Computer

  1. Right-click on the link for the Excel file you want to save and a dialog box should appear.

Executable (EXE) Files

Click once on the link for the executable file you want to download and a dialog box should appear. Designate where you want the file saved on your computer. Once the file is finished downloading, double click on the executable file (from your file manager or "my computer"). Follow the screen prompts—you can specify a location for the unzipped files OR the files will be unzipped to C:\WINDOWS\TEMP by default.
