Authorizes the licensee to manufacture, sell, deliver and ship beer at wholesale to entities, other wholesalers/distributors and individuals located outside Virginia.
Allows the sale and delivery on wine manufactured on licensed premises, as well as additional privileges.
Authorizes the licensee to acquire and receive deliveries and shipments of beer and to sell, deliver and ship beer to individuals licensed to sell beer at wholesale or retail for the purpose of resale, as well as other designated recipients.
