Violation Complaint Form

Use this form to report a violation concerning a restaurant, club, private residence/property, convenience or grocery store. Violations may also be reported to via the ABC Crimeline at (800) 552-3200. Thank you for taking the time to report this violation so that we can all keep Virginia safe.

You may also use this form to object to the granting of an ABC license. Your objection will be forwarded to the Virginia ABC Bureau of Law Enforcement regional office that is investigating the license application. Thank you for your interest in the licensing process at Virginia ABC.
