Note: If you are an existing MIPS user, you can continue using MIPS application by logging into Account Central with your current login and password. (Step 3 below).
Step 1. Create an Account Central account.
You will need to click on the "Sign up for an Account Central account" link and follow instructions on the screens.
Step 2. Request Access to MIPS application.
Login into Account Central using your newly created login and password. Enter information on the screen. Make sure to indicate the type of access you need.
Step 3. Once your access is granted, start using MIPS application.
Login into Account Central again. You will get into MIPS application. Please note, that you will need to agree to Terms and Conditions the first time you use it.
