How to create your user name and password:

q Enter a valid e-mail address

q Select and answer security questions (retain all answers)

q Create a password (retain the password)

How to retrieve a forgotten user ID and reset a password:

q Enter e-mail address

q Answer security questions

q You will receive an e-mail with your forgotten user ID or new password.

Failure to retain security questions or valid e-mail address will result in the loss of your current ABC Portal account access and information. Also, there is no contact by phone or online help for the ABC Portal.
