Elegant but full bodied, this whiskey has spent ten years maturing in American white oak ex-bourbon casks before being extra-matured for a further two years in Oloroso and PX sherry casks from Jerez in Spain. This long treatment results in a complex array of flavors including warm spices, chocolate covered raisins, honeycomb and caramel toffee. All of those flavors and more stay with you for the duration of its long finish.
