Toasted Barrel Rye will take Elijah Craig's fully matured Straight Rye Whiskey, and enter it into a second, toasted and flash-charred barrel where it will rest for a finishing period before bottling, adding a layer of sweet oak complexity to the rye whiskey, conjoining just the right amount of balance from the rye-spice and sweetness from the toast.
