Preparation
Add all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Pour through strainer into a martini cordial glass. There should be some ice crystals in the glass and the drink will be light and frothy. To keep cold, drop the glass into another larger cocktail glass filled with ice. Milk can be substituted for heavy cream.
