Preparation
Muddle a slice of lemon and some lavender in a glass. Transfer to a cocktail shaker with ice and add elderflower liqueur. Shake, then strain into a chilled glass with ice and top with prosecco. Garnish with a lemon slice and lavender sprig.
To vary, substitute champagne or another sparkling white wine for prosecco.
