Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add vodka and coffee liqueur; shake. Pour into lowball glass and slowly top with cream or half and half.

Convert to an Espresso Martini by adding a cold shot of espresso (or cold brew coffee) and a 1/2 oz of vanilla liqueur. After shaking, strain into a martini glass. To vary further,add a cold shot of espresso (or cold brew coffee), substitute moonshine for the vodka, add a dash of orange bitters and garnish with an orange twist.
