Variation: Try a Frozen Mint Julep! Just add 5 cups of ice and blend 4 oz of bourbon
and 4 oz of mint syrup
. Process until smooth. To serve, divide in to glasses; garnish with fresh mint.
Muddle mint leaves in a highball glass with simple syrup, bourbon and lime wedge. Add ice, club soda; stir. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
