Honey Bourbon Salmon is a succulent salmon dish that enhances the natural and tender salmon flavor with a blend of aromatic spices and a caramelized concoction of hot honey, soy sauce, and honey bourbon. Combined with the flakiness that comes from cooking in an air fryer, this salmon dish is a true showstopper that is a great addition to your next meal plan.

Preparation
Rinse salmon fillets and pat dry with a paper towel. In a small bowl mix together honey, soy sauce and bourbon and stir until blended. Add garlic, old bay seasoning, lemon pepper and dill to wet ingredients and stir. Sprinkle salmon fillets with salt. Brush bottoms of fillets with olive oil to prevent sticking.
If using an air fryer liner, you can skip this step.
Place fillets in the air fryer and brush with glaze. Cook on 400°F for about 10-12 minutes, stopping halfway through to brush with more of the glaze.
Squeeze fresh lemon over fish and serve immediately.
