This brandy is the finest, most elegant expression of the Laird Apple Brandies. The aged barrels are again tasted to select only the finest for use in this limited release brandy. When first conceived, tasters agreed 88 proof was the optimum proof to showcase the rich and complex flavors of this fine spirit. After peacefully ageing for a minimum of 12 years, the product is bottled. Each bottle is marked with the batch number, date of bottling and numbered by hand. To be enjoyed at room temperature in a brandy snifter.
