Small-batch bourbon made by R. D. Wilhelm Distillery in the Chelsea neighborhood of Norfolk, Reverend Spirits Bourbon brings a high rye content on the mashbill (21%) and brings vanilla, toffee, dark cherry, and apple on the nose. Full-bodied with hints of caramel, complex dried fruitiness, tobacco leaf, oak, and a finish of spice turning to sweet corn with a creamy mouth feel.
