Bespoke Clothier is a permanent retail establishment that offers, by appointment only, custom made apparel and that offers a membership program to customers. Member means a person who maintains a membership for a period of not less than one month by payment of monthly, quarterly, or annual dues in the manner established by the rules of the bespoke clothier establishment.

Issued only to a commercial owners’ association governing a commercial lifestyle center. See COV 4.1-206 A (15).
Authorizes any retail on-premises restaurant licensee that is a tenant of the commercial lifestyle center to sell alcoholic beverages to any bona fide customer to whom alcoholic beverages may be lawfully sold for consumption on that portion of the licensed premises designated by the Board such as plazas, seating areas, concourses or similar areas. Also allows the sale of alcoholic beverages on the premises of any tenant location of the commercial lifestyle center that is not a retail licensee of the Board with that tenant’s approval, but excluding parking areas. Only alcoholic beverages purchased from these retail on-premises licensees may be consumed on the premises of the commercial lifestyle center and must be contained in paper, plastic or similar disposable containers with the name or logo of the restaurant that sold the alcoholic beverage clearly displayed. The alcoholic beverages shall not be sold or charged for in any way. Appropriate signage clearly demarcating the boundaries of the licensed premises must be displayed for the public; however, no physical barriers are required. The licensee must provide adequate security to insure compliance with the applicable provisions of this title and Board regulations.
