A trustee permit authorizes a trustee, curator, committee, conservator, receiver or other fiduciary appointed or qualified in any court proceeding to continue to operate under the licenses previously issued to any deceased or other person licensed to sell alcoholic beverages for such period as the Board deems appropriate.
