Downloading Adobe Acrobat PDF Files

Adobe Acrobat Reader is required for both viewing and printing PDF files from this website.
If you do not have Acrobat reader on your computer, a free reader is available from Adobe's website.

To download a free copy of Acrobat Reader

To view a PDF file

  1. Left-click on the link for the PDF file you want to view.
    (If Adobe Acrobat Reader does not begin running and open the selected file, you may not have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed. See the above link.)

To save a PDF file to your computer

  1. Right-click on the link for the PDF file you want to save and a dialog box should appear.
  2. Left-click the "Save target as" or "Save link as" option on the dialog box and a "Save as" window should appear.
  3. Browse to the folder you would like to save the file and enter a file name. (You may skip this step if you want to accept the default values produced by the "Save as" window.)
  4. Left-click the "Save" button on the "Save as" window.

Downloading Microsoft Word DOC Files

Microsoft Word is required for viewing and printing DOC files from this website.
If you do not have Microsoft Word installed on your computer, a free "Microsoft Word Viewer" is available from Microsoft's website. With Word Viewer, you can view, print, and copy document contents to another program. However, you cannot edit an open document, save a document, or create a new document.

To open a DOC file

  1. Left-click on the link for the DOC file you want to view.
    (If Microsoft Word does not begin running and open the selected file, you may not have Microsoft Word installed. See the above link.)

To save a DOC file to your computer

  1. Right-click on the link for the DOC file you want to save and a dialog box should appear.
  2. Left-click the "Save target as" or "Save link as" option on the dialog box and a "Save as" window should appear.
  3. Browse to the folder you would like to save the file and enter a file name. (You may skip this step if you want to accept the default values produced by the "Save as" window.)
  4. Left-click the "Save" button on the "Save as" window.

Downloading Microsoft Excel XLS Files

Microsoft Excel is required for viewing and printing XLS spreadsheet files from this website.
If you do not have Microsoft Excel installed on your computer, a free "Microsoft Excel Viewer" is available from Microsoft's website. With Excel Viewer, you can open, view, and print Excel workbooks. You can also copy data to another program. However, you cannot edit data, save a workbook, or create a new workbook.

To open an XLS file

  1. Left-click on the link for the XLS file you want to view.

Downloading EXE Files

Click once on the link for the EXE file you want to download and a dialog box should appear. Designate where you want the file saved on your computer.

Once the file is finished downloading, double click on the EXE file (from your file manager or "my computer"). Follow the screen prompts - you can specify a location for the unzipped files OR the files will be unzipped to C:\WINDOWS\TEMP by default.
