All Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) stores will be closed on Sunday, April 21, in observance of the Easter holiday.
The retail outlets will be open regular hours on Saturday, April 20, and Monday, April 22.
Customers are encouraged to make plans accordingly when shopping for the distilled spirits, mixers and Virginia wines available in ABC stores. A searchable list of Virginia ABC’s 376 stores—including brands and quantities of spirits available at each location—can be found on the agency’s updated website at www.abc.virginia.gov.
The Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control Authority (ABC) is a major source of revenue for the commonwealth, contributing more than $2.1 billion to the general fund in the last five years. Virginia ABC currently operates 376 state stores, and provides alcohol education and prevention programs for people of all ages. Its Bureau of Law Enforcement oversees more than 18,000 ABC licensed establishments.
