Through Dec. 31, hours of operation for the holiday kiosks at the Tysons Corner Center and the Dulles Town Center in Northern Virginia, Chesterfield Towne Center in Richmond, Lynnhaven Mall in Virginia Beach and the temporary storefront in Short Pump Town Center in Richmond are the same as mall holiday hours. On Sundays, these locations will open after noon, when liquor is legally permitted to be sold in Virginia.
