New, Larger Location for Leesburg ABC Store

Customers purchasing distilled spirits, Virginia wines and mixers at the Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) Authority store in Leesburg’s Virginia Village Shopping Center have a new, larger space to explore.

Formerly located at 18 Fairfax Street, S.E., the ABC store has moved to 32-F Catoctin Circle, S.E., within the same shopping center in space previously occupied by a craft store.

The new Leesburg store has about 1,800 square feet of additional space on the sales floor allowing for more displays and promotions.

Operating hours at the store remain the same: 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday and noon to 7 p.m. Sunday.

For customer convenience, a searchable list of Virginia ABC’s 374 retail outlets—including brands and quantities of spirits available at each location—can be found at www.abc.virginia.gov. Customers may also order spirits online for pick-up in the store of their choice.

The Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control Authority (ABC) is a major source of revenue for the commonwealth, contributing more than $2.1 billion to the general fund in the last five years. The agency currently operates 374 state stores. Its Bureau of Law Enforcement oversees more than 18,000 ABC licensed establishments. The agency also provides alcohol education and prevention programs for people of all ages. Now marking its 84th year, ABC remains committed to progress and innovation in carrying out its vision of bringing good spirits and excellent service to Virginia.
