The third issue of the Virginia Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control’s (ABC) Spirited Virginia is available online and in all 355 ABC stores. This issue of the free, quarterly magazine featuring the Virginia ABC product list, stories about distilled spirits, cocktail recipes and agency news should be easy to find: printed copies have increased from 18,000 to 42,000 for this edition to meet rising demand.

“We are thrilled at the response and consumer interest in our flagship publication,” said Virginia ABC Chairman Jeffrey Painter. “We are always seeking innovative ways to provide the best customer service in our retail outlets, online and with our licensee partners.”

Articles in the new issue include:

     • “New Year, New Drink Adventures: Your Virginia ABC store has more than 2,800 products. Try something new!”
     • “The Magic of the Light Cocktail: Session cocktails are perfect for that resolutions time of year”
     • “Award-Winning Virginia Spirits: Craft distillers are making a national mark”
     • “The Stories Behind the Labels: How did Monkey Shoulder get its name?”
