The Virginia Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) store located at 9528 Liberia Ave. in Manassas, will close on Saturday, May 9 at 9 p.m. It will relocate to the nearby Davis Ford Shopping Center at 9934 Liberia Ave., opening on Friday, May 15 at 10 a.m.
New store hours will be from 10 a.m. -- 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 1-6 p.m. on Sunday.
For customer convenience, Virginia ABC stores located at 9130 Mathis Ave. and 8095 Studley Road, both in Manassas, and 10410 Bristow Center Drive in Bristow, will be open for business during the relocation.

The Virginia Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) is a major source of revenue for the commonwealth, contributing more than $1.8 billion to the general fund in the last five years. The agency currently operates 351 state stores. Its Bureau of Law Enforcement oversees more than 16,000 ABC licensed establishments while the Hearings and Appeals Division considers more than 700 cases each year.
