The Virginia Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) store located at 5748 Churchland Blvd., Portsmouth, will close at 6 p.m. on Sunday, January 18, for remodeling. The store plans to reopen at 10 a.m. on Saturday, January 24.
This Portsmouth location will have a new floor installed during the brief closure. For customer convenience, the following nearby locations will be open during regular hours:

The Virginia Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) is a major source of revenue for the commonwealth, contributing more than $1.8 billion to the general fund in the last five years.
