Alexandria ABC Store Will Close for Remodeling

The Virginia Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) store located at 901 N. Asaph St., Alexandria will close Saturday, July 7, at 9 p.m. temporarily for remodeling. The store will reopen Sunday, July 22, at 1 p.m.

The Alexandria store, along with other recently remodeled stores, balances functionality with visual appeal as well as security, maintenance and accessibility for the disabled. The newly designed store will feature enhanced shelving allowing for increased product selection to meet market demand.

For customer convenience, the following locations will be open during regular hours:

  • Bradlee Shopping Center, 3678 King St., Alexandria
  • The Buchanan Building, 320 23rd St. South, Arlington
  • Shirley Park Shopping Center, 2955A S. Glebe Road, Arlington
