Vendor Registration

The Purchasing Department of ABC supports the Governor's direction of utilizing eVA and providing "one electronic procurement face" as required by the Code of Virginia §2.2-4301.

The eVA Internet electronic procurement solution, Web site portal www.eva.virginia.gov, streamlines and automates government purchasing activities in the Commonwealth. The portal is the gateway for vendors to conduct business with state agencies and public bodies.

All vendors desiring to provide goods and/or services to ABC shall participate in the eVA Internet e-procurement solution. Vendors are strongly encouraged to visit the eVA Web site for registration information. In addition, vendors qualifying as a small, women or minority-owned business are requested to register with the Dept. of Minority Business Enterprise (DMBE).
