Solicitation Evaluation and Award

Invitation for Bid awards are made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.

Request for Proposals are awarded through the competitive negotiation process. Proposals must be kept confidential until after award. Bids are not available for viewing at the bid opening. Within 7-10 days of the bid opening, bids will be available for viewing and/or bid tabulations will be available. Vendors may call the Procurement Department to receive tabulations verbally or to request that the tabulation be faxed to them. If a vendor would like to receive a copy of the tabulation via mail, please supply the agency with a self-addressed, stamped envelope.
