ABC Investigation on Unlicensed Eastville 'Nightclub' Concludes with an Additional Charge

The Virginia Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) Bureau of Law Enforcement's investigation on the unlicensed establishment in the 17000 block of Courthouse Road has concluded with an additional charge.

Joseph L. Dunton, 37, of the 17000 block of Courthouse Road was summonsed and released today on three counts of aiding and abetting the sale of alcohol without a license on June 3, 10 and 17, 2007.

Information regarding possible health code violations at this establishment has been turned over to the supervisor of environmental health services for the Accomack/Northampton Health Department. In addition, information regarding possible building code violations has been turned over to the building official for Northampton County.
