ABC Suffolk Moonshine Investigation Concludes with an Additional Charge

The Virginia Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) Bureau of Law Enforcement's investigation on the property in the 2000 block of Carolina Road in Suffolk has concluded with an additional charge.

Johnny L. Stallings was charged with selling alcohol without a license, a Class 1 misdemeanor. He was summonsed to General District Court.

There were no additional charges against Catherine M. Hobson.
