New ABC Store Opens in Deltaville

The Virginia Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) opened a new store in Deltaville, December 15 at 10 a.m. The ABC store is located in the Riverside Mall North Shopping Center, 16498 General Puller Hwy, Building B. The store will operate between the hours of 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday.

Customers will be able to browse through 1,163 square feet of retail space offering liquors, cordials and specialty items. The store will carry approximately 414 items. Additional products are available through the ABC Store Price List and Special Order Catalog.

ABC currently operates 320 state stores. Fiscal Year 2005 marked a seventh record-breaking year for Virginia ABC that has resulted in a total of over $268 million in contributions to the Commonwealth's General Fund, state agencies and localities for education, police, fire, public works and other projects. ABC has contributed one billion dollars to the Commonwealth in the last five years.
