Bureau of Law Enforcement Hosts Promotion Ceremony

Richmond - The Virginia Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) Bureau of Law Enforcement will host a ceremony on Sept. 6 at 12:30 p.m. to recognize the promotions of eight special agents. The promotion ceremony will be held at the ABC Central Office located at 2901 Hermitage Road.

The following have been promoted to assistant special agent in charge (ASAC) in the following Regional Offices: W. Kyle Blanks, Chesapeake; Jeffrey C. Goodman, Roanoke; Stephen R. Jones, Staunton; Robert S. Kehoe, Alexandria; James E. Mason, Lynchburg and Clyde Santana, Chesapeake.

The following have been promoted to senior special agents in the compliance section: Orlando Caraballo, assigned to the Roanoke Regional Office and John K. Craft, assigned to the Staunton Regional Office.
