Roanoke ABC Store Closing

The Virginia Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) has announced that the ABC Store, located in the Crossroads Mall, 1507 Hershberger Road, will close permanently on Saturday, February 25 at 6:00 p.m.

For customer convenience, ABC suggests shopping at the following ABC stores:
1423 Williamson Road, N.E., Roanoke, VA 24012
3341 Melrose Avenue, N.W., Roanoke, VA 24017
Market Square E. Shopping Center, 3434 Orange Avenue, N.E., Roanoke, VA 24012

ABC currently operates 306 state stores. Fiscal Year 2005 marked a seventh record-breaking year for Virginia ABC that has resulted in a total of over $268 million in contributions to the Commonwealth's General Fund, state agencies and localities for education, police, fire, public works and other projects. ABC has contributed one billion dollars to the Commonwealth in the last five years.
