If you are interested in viewing the Code of Virginia to access alcohol related laws, they can be searched via the Virginia General Assembly Legislative Information System Web site.

Title 4.1 Alcoholic Beverages and Industrial Alcohol contains the Alcoholic Beverage Control Act (i.e., Illegal sale of alcohol without a license, Sale of alcohol to an underage person).

Title 18.2 Crimes and Offenses Generally contains general criminal offenses (i.e., Driving Under the Influence, Public Intoxication and Possession of False Identification).

Virginia Administrative Code

Also available on the Virginia General Assembly Legislative Information System Web site is a searchable database of the Virginia Administrative Code.

Title 3 of the Virginia Administrative Code contains the Regulations of the Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control Board.
