Pamela O'Berry Evans, in her official role as the new Chair, called the staff meeting to order at approximately 9:00 a.m.

Chair Pam Evans asked for a motion, Commissioner Vassar so moved, Commissioner Swecker seconded, and the motion carried to approve the March 31, 2008 minutes, as written.
