Executive Staff Meeting Summary
January 22, 2007

Chair Esther Vassar called the meeting to order at 9:05 a.m.

Present: Commissioner Vassar, Commissioner Susan Swecker, Commissioner Pam Evans, Curtis Coleburn, Virginia Adams, Nancy Arnold, Becky Gettings, Janet Lawson, Frank Monahan, Bob Moore, Robert Scott for Robert O'Neal, Jeff Painter, John Wszelaki, and Joan Stromberg.

Absent: Craig Vanderland and Robert Southall.

Commissioner (Chair) Vassar made the motion, Commissioner Evans moved, Commissioner Swecker seconded, and the motion carried to approve the January 8, 2007 minutes.

There was no old business to discuss.

New Business:
Commissioner Vassar moved, Commissioner Swecker seconded and the motion carried to approve the following for the record:

• Approval (for the record) to renew the lease for S123 (Clifton Forge) - Esther Vassar
• Approval (for the record) to renew the lease for S241 (Fairfax) - Esther Vassar

With no further business, the meeting adjourned at approximately 9:40 a.m.
