Commissioner (Chair Pro-Tem) Susan Swecker called the meeting to order at 9:10 a.m.

Present: Commissioner Pamela Evans, Commissioner Susan Swecker, Curtis Coleburn, Virginia Adams, Nancy Arnold, Becky Gettings, Wayne Jenkins for Janet Lawson, Frank Monahan, Bob Moore, Robert O'Neal, Craig Vanderland, John Wszelaki, and Joan Stromberg.

Absent: Chair Esther Vassar and Janet Lawson.

Commissioner Swecker made the motion, Commissioner Evans seconded, and the motion carried to approve the August 21, 2006 minutes.

There was no old business to discuss.
