Chairman Danielsen called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m.

Present: Chairman Vernon Danielsen, Commissioner Warren Barry, Curtis Coleburn, Virginia Adams, Becky Gettings, Janet Lawson, Frank Monahan, Bob Moore, Nancy Murphy, Robert O'Neal, Bob Southall, Craig Vanderland, John Wszelaki, and Sandra Hankins.

Absent: Commissioner Esther Vassar.

Commissioner Barry moved and Chairman Danielsen second and the motion carried to approve the December 5, 2005 minutes.
