Chairman Danielsen called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m.

Present: Chairman Vernon Danielsen, Commissioner Esther Vassar, Commissioner Warren Barry, Curtis Coleburn, Becky Gettings, Janet Lawson, Frank Monahan, Bob Moore, Nancy Murphy, Robert O'Neal, Bob Southall, Craig Vanderland, and Sandra Hankins.

Absent: Virginia Adams and John Wszelaki.

Commissioner Barry moved and Commissioner Vassar second and the motion carried to approve the November 21, 2005 minutes.

Unfinished Business:
There was no old business to discuss.

New Business:
Commissioner Vassar moved and Commissioner Danielsen second and the motion carried to approve the following for the record:

• Approval (for the record) to hire Trades Technician IV, Position #10136, Property Management Services- Vernon Danielsen
• Approval (for the record) to hire Trades Technician III, Position #00288, Property Management Services, - Vernon Danielsen
• Approval (for the record) to hire Office Services Specialist, Position #W81601, Wage Position, LRM Section/Enforcement Division - Vernon Danielsen
• Approval (for the record) to hire Office Services Specialist, Position #W81603, Wage Position, LRM Section/Enforcement Division - Vernon Danielsen
