Chairman Danielsen called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m.

Present: Vernon Danielsen, Esther Vassar, Ron Layne, Virginia Adams, Chris Curtis, Becky Gettings, Janet Lawson, Donna Carter, Bob Moore, Robert Southall, Robert O'Neal, John Wszelaki, Craig Vanderland, and Joan Stromberg

Absent: Warren E. Barry, Curtis Coleburn, and Nancy Murphy

The minutes of the March 22, 2004 Board Meeting were approved.

There was no old business to discuss.

New Business:
Commissioner Vassar made a motion, Chairman Danielsen seconded and by a unanimous vote, the Board approved the following actions:

Approved to Hire a Hearings & Appeals Program Support Technician, #01002-Vernon Danielsen
Approved to Hire an Info Tech Specialist III, #00940-Vernon Danielsen
Approved to Open Store 055, Prince William County, Manassas-Vernon Danielsen
Approved to Renew the Lease for Store 295, Prince William County-Vernon Danielsen
Approved to Renew the Lease for Store 270, Henrico County-Vernon Danielsen
Approved to Renew the Lease for Store 303, Fauquier County-Vernon Danielsen
