The Annual College Conference - Virginia's premier conference focusing on student issues for colleges and universities - provides the necessary tools to combat the problems of high-risk and underage drinking, drug use and impaired driving among college students. The overall focus of the conference is to fight these problems on Virginia campuses by increasing collaboration, overcoming barriers to providing effective programs, and increasing student participation, diversity, capacity and flexibility.

Conference Fees
To encourage more attendance, all fees have been waived!
Student Campus Team: $125 FREE
Individual Student: $35 FREE
Professional: $85 FREE
Schools can register as Student Campus Teams of 5-10 individuals. Limit 1 professional (advisor, staff, faculty, etc.) per team. Free registration includes all sessions, meals, materials, T-shirt and tote bag.
Please note: Lodging is not included.
Confirmation
A confirmation of registration for the conference (not the hotel) will be mailed, faxed or e-mailed to you. Please review the information carefully, with particular attention to names (to ensure correct spelling on name tags and certificates).
Cancellation Policy
Conference registration must be cancelled by Friday, October 30 or an administrative fee of $125 for a student campus team, $25 for an individual student and $35 for a professional will be charged. You may substitute another individual for your reservation.

Conference Rate: $81.05 for a single/double, not including applicable taxes (13% + $1 city tax). (Reservations can be made until the day of the conference, November 13, 2009, availability permitting.) Check-in is 4 p.m. on Friday, November 13. ABC is not responsible for making any lodging arrangements. If you do not make reservations, you will NOT have overnight accommodations. Reserve early, space is definitely limited.

- I-95 South to I-64 East (Hampton/Norfolk).
- Take exit 284A, I-264 East (Virginia Beach). Follow 8 miles until I-264 becomes 21st Street.
- Go left on Pacific Avenue. Follow 3 miles to 57th Street. The hotel will be on your right.
From Points South
- I-95 North to Route 58 East. Follow 66 miles.
- Take I-64 West. Follow 21 miles.
- Take exit 284B, I-264 (Virginia Beach).
- Follow 9 miles until I-264 become 21st Street.

What to Wear
Casual is appropriate for all events. If you chill easily in climate-controlled rooms, please dress accordingly, in layers or with a light sweater.
